摘要
本文用电阻法和DSC法测量了CuAlBe合金的M相变.并用扭摆法测试其内耗温度谱(Q-1-t)、内耗应力应变振幅谱(Q-1-Am)及内耗频率谱(Q-1-f).以研究合金的内耗特性。同时.结合X射线衍射和金相手段分析了CuAlBe合金的M相变与内耗的关系。结果表明。CuAlBe合金具有很高的内耗值();合金在M相变区出现内耗峰.即在(M+β)双相混合态的内耗水平极高,是一种以M/β界面迁移过程为主的内耗.同时还可能存在M/M界面内耗;CuAlBe合金的内耗与温度、应力应变振幅有较显著的依存关系.而与频率无太大关系.
The Martensitic transformation of Cu-Al-Be alloy was measured by resistance and DSC methods. The relations between internal friction and temperature, amplitude, frequency were respectively measurd to study its damping properties. The relation between martensitic transformation and interanal friction (Q-1)was analyzed by means of optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results shown that Cu-Al-Be alloy presents very high damping capacity () and the Q-1 peak appears in the region of martensitic transformation,i. e. the (M+β)binary mixture status. The internal friction of Cu-Al-Be alloy is believed to be mainly a M/β interface migration one,and a M/M interface one can also exist.The internal friction of Cu-Al-Be alloy obviously depends on temperature and amplitude.
