摘要
本文介绍由MCS-51系列单片机构成的智能温控仪的硬件结构、软件组成、数字PID控制算法及可靠性设计.该仪器的设计具有一定的通用性.对输入、输出接口稍作改动就能适用于其它被调量为压力、液位、速度等的过程控制。
A type of intelligent temperature controller made up of MCS-51 computer is introduced. Thehardware, software, PID algorithm, reliability design and operating performance in practical use areshown. The system being of common use can be used in other process control such as pressure,liopidlevel,speed etc,if some slight changes are made for its I/O interface.
