摘要
本文研究了固溶时效后不同冷却方法对铜镍铍合金的硬度、电导率和冲击韧性的影响。在透射电镜和扫描电镜上观察分析了合金析出物的特征和冲击试样的断口形貌及断裂机制。讨论了析出物对合金性能的影响以及断裂机制、冲击韧性与合金组织的关系。
The effect of cooling regime after solid solution and aging treatment on hardness, electrical conductivity and impact toughness was investigated for Cu-Ni-Be alloy. The aging precipitant and fracture topography were observed under TEM and SEM. The mechanism of fracture of samples was analysed. The effect of aghing precipitation on properties of the alloy and relation between fracture mechanism,impact toughness and alloy structure were discussed.
