火花源质谱法测定高纯银粉中六个微量元素

DETERMINATION OF 6 TRACE ELEMENTS IN HIGH PURE SIL VER POWDER BY SPARK SOURCEMASS SPECTROMETRY

本文利用同位素稀释法和内标法相结合，建立了火花源质谱法同时测定高纯银粉中六个微量元素的分析方法。对通常使用的内标公式进行了扩展，使其更为普遍适用。方法测定灵敏度可达０．１μｇ／ｇ，相对标准偏差为９．３％～１６．５％。

Spark mass speatromctry method is dereloped to determine 6 trace elemcnts in highpure silver powder with the acid of isotopc dilution attached internal standard.The generaly usedinternal standard formula is expanded so that it can be used more widely,The sensrtivity of the method is 0。 1 mg/g ,and the relative standard deviation is in the range of 9.3%～16.5%。
