摘要
本文对上海桑塔纳轿车用散热水箱的传热性能进行试验,依据实测数据,将管外横掠管簇的对流换热系数从传热系数中分离出来,并整理成无量纲准则式,为优化设计提供参考依据.此外,对管内外的传热特性、阻力特性进行分析,验证了目前考核散热水箱热性能指标的合理性.
This paper describes in detail the experiment on the heat transmissibility of the radiator-water box ed in Shanghai santana automobile. Accolding to the real measurement data the coefficient of the convection heat-exchange of the outside row-arranged pipes is separated from the global heat transfer coefficient, and is processed into a dimensionless criterion. This gives a faithful refernce in optimum design. Further analysis on the inlet and outlet heat hansmissibility as Well as on the resistance force, confirm the resonableness of the heat tiansmissibilities index taken for the radiator-water box.
