摘要
本文通过分析腰轮流量计的排量随转子角位移的变化规律,得到了腰轮流量计输出脉冲与流量之间的非线性关系,据此对由非线性效应引起的误差进行了兮析.本文的研究结果为使用小型体积管快速检定腰轮流量计的技术提供了理论依据,对如何提高腰轮流量计的示值精度具有一定的指导意义.
In this paper, the nonlinear relationship between flowrate and the output pulse of the Roots flowmeter is obtained by analyzing the flowmeter discharge which varies with the angular displacement The errors caused by the nonlinear effect are also estimated. The mathematical models proposed by authors is applicable in calibrating Roots flowmeters efficiently with a compact prover. In addition, it is meaningful for improving the accuracy of the flowmeter's readings on the basis of the results obtained.
