摘要
在1985~1986年,用云南西双版纳州勐腊县水稻白叶枯病分离菌85-91-1观察6个品种和5个组合的抗病遗传规律。结果表明,西南175×早生爱国3号,窄叶青8号×千红-35-2,滇榆1号×早生爱国3号,滇杂25×早生爱国3号的F_2代抗病和感病的分离比是3:1.其抗病性是由1对显性基因控制的。
In 1985~1986, the inheritance of resistant genes of six varieties and five combinations of rice against the isolate 85—91—1 of bacterial leaf blight (Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae ) from Mengla Xisanbanna in Yunnan was observed. The results indicated the segregation ratio of resistance and susceptibility of F_2 generation of Xinan-175 × Wase aikoku-3, Zhaiyeqing-8 × Qiangong-35-2, Dianyu-1 × Wase aikoku-3, Dianza-25 × Wase aikoku-3 was 3:1, the resistance was controlled by one dominant gene.
