摘要
本文报道了“十里香”茶大小孢子发生和雌雄配子体的形成过程。“十里香”茶花粉母细胞减数分裂为“同时型”,四分体为“田”字形或四面体形,其外胼胝质壁的形成和溶解都是向心的。雄配子体形成和发育过程中其核的形态和位置变化均具有规律性。中轴胎座,倒生胚珠,双珠被,薄珠心,胚囊属双胞型胚囊,其发育类型为“葱”型。二极核在受精前融合,反足细胞宿存至受精,合点端具承珠盘。
This paper systematically reports the detailed process of the micro- and mega-sporogenesis and the formation of male and female gametophytes of the 'SHE LI XING' tea (Camellia Sinensis L. Ktze). The cytokinesis of meiosis of pollen mother cells is of simultaneity, the tetrads are decussate and tetrahedral and the synthesis of the outside caUose wall is centripetal, so it is in degradation. During the formation and development of the male gametophyte, the change of the morphology and position of the nucleus is regular.
The ovules are anatropous, bitegminal and tenuinucellar. The embryo sac is bisboric, and the development of the female gametophyte is of the Allium type. The two polar nuclei fuse before fertilization, and the three antipodal cells persist untill fertilization. The cells located at the chalaza of the embryo sac develop into a hypostase.
In this paper, the type of the embryo sac, the wall of the generative cell and its component and function have been discussed.
