Total Syntyesis of (±)-Malyngolide

以具有刚性结构的三环癸二烯酮为原料，立体专一性地引入官能团，经逆第尔斯－阿尔德反应，合成了文题化合物，总产率３５．２％。

Compound with several functional groups has been synthesized via a retroDiels-Alder reaction. (±)- Malyngolide has been synthesized from the original compound di-cyclo-pentadiene through 12 steps. This new synthetic method has high stereoselectivity in35.2%overall yield. Meanwhile five new compounds(5,6,8(a),8(b),9)have been abtainedand characterized by IR,H-NMR and MS.
