摘要
以HPLC测定了文题化合物(1)在60℃和离子强度μ0.15、pH1~11的缓冲溶液中水解反应的反应速度,并以数学处理求得其一级和二级反应的速率常数,以及其共轭酸的一级反应速率常数。研究表明,水解反应的可能机理为S_N1和S_N2。
The rates of hydrolysis of 2-bromomethy 1-3,5,6-trimethylpyrazine to corre-sponding hydroxymethyl compound at 60℃ and ionic strength μ=15 over the pH rangefrom l to l l in buffer solutions were determined by means of HPLC. The reactions weretreated following a apparent first-order kinetical equation,the first-order and the second-or-der reaction rate constants for the substrate and the first-order reaction rate constant for thesubstrate conjugated acid were obtained.The mechanisms of the hydrolysis were proposed tobe S_Nl and S_N 2.
