用超滤法从发酵滤液中分离赖氨酸 被引量:2

摘要 探索了赖氨酸(Lys)与水溶性高分子化合物结合,再用超滤膜进行截留的方法进行分离提取的可能性。试验表明,当羧甲基纤维素钠盐与Lys的浓度比为2:1,溶液pH为5.8时,被M-450膜超滤截留的Lys可达42.7%,比生产能力达19.7L/m ̄2·h,通过升高溶液的温度可提高其比生产能力。研究了有机溶剂和无机盐对超滤过程的影响,证明它们的增加不利于超滤膜分离Lys。研究结果表明,用超滤法从发酵滤液中分离Lys在技术上是可行的,特别适用于饲料赖氨酸的生产。 It is practical that lysine in fermentation filter liquor being combined with hy-drophilic polymer can be separated by ultrafiltration membrame. Sodium carboxymethyl celluloseis selected from 4 different polymers. The most effective separation being determined is that usesakind of ultrafiltration membrame(YM-450)on the condition that (CMC):(Lys )=2:1and pH=5.8.The capture ability for lysine is 42.7%and the specific yield(C)can reach to19.7L·m ̄(-2)·h ̄(-1).The rising of temperature is significent of increasing yield of lysine. In addi-tion,both the mechanism of the combination and the negative effects that organic solvents(except 5%acetone)and inorganic salts have on them are studied.The results shows that this development of separation can be successfully used in producing forage lysine.
