摘要
采用XRD、DTA、TG和比表面及孔径分布测定等方法,对文题进行了研究,催化剂表面上结炭污染是造成催化剂活性下降的主要原因。采用空气-水蒸气烧炭法,在第一阶段,水量为0.5kg/kgcat·h,空气量180L/kgcat·h,热点温度450℃;第二阶段,空气量240L/kgcat·h,水量逐渐减少到零,热点温度500℃的条件下对失活催化剂进行再生,处理后的催化剂性能基本恢复。
The catalyst deactivation for phenol alkylation reaction was studied by XRD,DTA,TG,and BET method.The deposited coke on catalyst surface is main reason for catalystdeactivation. The deactivated catalyst was regenerated by using air-steam treatment under suit-able conditions.Then the catalyst activity and selectivity of catalyst、was recovered.The catalystlife was prolonged and effectively met the demand of the industry.
