摘要
用改进的Dvorak-Boubllk平衡釜,采用汽相色谱分析、微量蒸馏法和引进汽相色谱模拟实沸点蒸馏相结合的方法,测定了甲乙酮-蜡,苯-蜡,甲苯-蜡,丙酮-调合油,甲乙酮-调合油,苯-调合油,甲苯-调合油七个系统在常压下的汽液平衡数据。应用虚拟组分法,采用Chao-Seader混合模型对实验数据进行了关联。
In this work,by adopting modified Dvorak-Boublik equilibrium still ,and usingmethods of micro-distillation,gas chromatraphy analysis combined with technique of simulat-ed true boiling point distillation with gas chromatography for sample analysing,the VLE datawere determined at normal pressure for seven systems of methyl ethyl ketone-wax(contain-ing paraffin oil),benzen-wax,toluene-wax,acetone-lubricant fraction,methyl ethyl ketone-lubricant fraction,benzen-lubricant fraction and toluene-lubricant fraction. Tbedata werecorrelated by pseudo-component method combination with model of Chao-Seader.The resultsare satisfactory otherwise than this three systems of methyl ethyl ketone-wax ,acetone-lubri-cant fraction and methyl ethyl ketone-lubricant faction.
