摘要
研究了新型As_2Se_3-GeTe-Cul系统玻璃形成区,制备了一系列不同CuI或GeTe含量的玻璃,并测定其转变温度、密度、显微硬度、断裂韧性、膨胀系数、红外透过率和反射率。结果表明:该系统玻璃的形成范围很大,玻璃转变温度在170~230℃,显微硬度在130~190kg/mm ̄2,断裂韧性在0.30~0.50MN/m ̄(3/2),膨胀系数在145×10 ̄(-7)~215×10 ̄(-7)℃,红外透过截止波长超过19μm,反射率在20%左右。并初步从结构的观,或讨论了玻璃性质变化的规律。
A series of new As-Ge-Cu-Se-Te-I system glasses were studied.Glass forming region of ternary system expressed by As_2Se_3, GeTe and CuI was obtained.Binary ststem glasses may be formed by combining As_2Se_3 with GeTe or CuI.The GeTe or CuI contents in binary system is 88 and 70 mol%,respectively. DSC studies showed that these glasses have good glass forming ability and transition temperatures occur at the range 170~230℃. Some typical glasses were selected to study their preparation technology,physical and chemical properties.The results demonstrated that the glasses have better physical and chemical prop-erties than halide and TeX glasses. The multiphonon absorption edge of glasses is about 19 μm. The infrared reflectance of the glasses is smaller than that of chalcogenide glasses. The glass transition temperature,microhardness,fracture toughness,infrared reflectance diminish with the increasing in CuI content ,but the density,coefficient of expansion increase. The re-lationship between properties and chmical composition was discussed from stand point of glass structure.
