低温快速磷化添加剂的合成及应用研究

Synthesis and Application of a Fast Phosphatization Additive of Low Temperature

本文以淀粉为原料合成一种低温快速磷化添加剂，并简要地讨论了反应机理。结果表明，该添加剂能促进磷化过程。最佳添加量为５ｇ／ｌ～６ｇ／ｌ；四化时间为３ｍｉｎ～５ｍｉｎ。

In this paper,a fast phosphatization additive of low temperature was synthesized from glucose and the reaction mechanism was discussed briefly The results shows that the additive can improve the phosphatization process,the optimum amount of the additive is 5g/l～69/l and phosphatization is 3～5minutes.
