摘要
依据电测实验结果,分析了初轧机万向接轴扭振的平稳性,提出了扭振放大系数K_d的概率分布分析模型,建立了扭振的MonteCarlo模拟模型,最后给出了应用实例。结果表明,K_d模拟数据同实测数据一致。
Based on the measured Torque spectra, the stability about Torque vibration is evaluated. The procedure to analyze the probability distribution of K_d, the Torque amplifying coeffient,is developed by Mote Carlo approach.The example of application proves that a good correlation is obtained between the simulated distribution and the experimental results.
