本文介绍了以８０３１单片机为核心的多功能扩展系统；并以对ＷＣ６７Ｙ－６３型板料折弯机技术改造为例，提出了一种对现有机械设备进行技术改造，实现机电一体化的简易方法。

This paper introduces the multi-function extend system based on SCP 8031.and gives an example of the technological transformation on WC67Y-63 steel plate hydroforming machine. The method to realize mechatronics of machine and equipment in use is advanced.
