珠江三角洲生命线工程网络的震害分析

NETWORK STRUCTURE ANALYSIS OF EARTHQUAKE DISASTER FOR LIFELINE ENGINEERINGS IN THE PEARL RIVER DELAT AREA

对珠江三角洲地区生命线网络工程（公路、航运、电力、邮电通信等），在遭受本课题给定的４个震源地震袭击时所受到的震害进行了系统分析，预测其直接经济损失，并对网络工程的可靠性作了评估。此项成果可为制定防震对策提供基础依据。

The paper bears a part in the project of 'Estimating Losses of earthquake disaster in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong Province' which has been planed in the 8th Five Year Important Projects by the State Seismological Bureau. On the basic theory research of lifeline network engineerings including transportation, electric power and communication in the Pearl River Delta area are proposed in the paper. At.the first, estimating direct economics losses of lifeline engineerings from future earthquakes; the second, performing the reliability theories; at last, discussing the decisions against earthquake disaster for lifeline engineerings.It is the frist time in our country, and playing on vital role in theory and practice, that developing seismic risk analysis for lifeline engineerings in so large area (the Pearl River Delta area). On the other hand, the research work will offer reference for developing seismic risk analysis of lifeline engineerings in the similar area in our country.
