摘要
微型爪极永磁同步电动机具有自起动能力,起动转矩是其主要的性能指标,但目前国内很多生产厂家仍是采用落后的磅秤法粗略地测取静态值,误差甚大。本文介绍的微机测量装置只需要配备简单的转矩传动机构和采样放大电路,就可以利用计算机强大的数据处理能力,迅速地测出静态或动态的起动转矩等电机特性参数,具有测量精确度高、操作简便及可提供图表数据等优点,有工业应用价值。
A claw pole permenent magnet synchronous micromotor is possessed of the abilityof self-start and its starting torque is the main property index. But now many works in ourcountry are still adopting the backword platform balance method to measure the static torqueroughly. This paper introduces a novel microcomputer measuring unit developed by the authors,which can be used to determine rapidly the specific property parameters such as staticor dynamic starting torque etc. The unit has the advantages of high measure accuracy,simplecircuit structure,easy operation,and can provide data in table or curve form. So it is suitablefor micromotor measurement in laboratories and works.
