摘要
本文主要研究经成分优化后的Si-Cr合金铸铁热浸镀铝合金锅体的高温耐镀浴腐蚀性能,并与不锈钢、A3钢及镀铝用白口铸铁镀锅的腐蚀情况进行对比,结果表明,该合金铸铁具有良好的耐蚀性能,可作为铝合金镀浴的锅体材料。结合扩散方程及该合金铸铁与铝合金镀浴的扩散特点,建立了合金铸铁腐蚀过程的动力学方程及腐蚀量的一般计算方法,通过实验数据给出了一个简单的镀锅寿命预测公式。
in this paper,the high temperature corrosion resisting property of St-Cralloy casting iron used as the hot dipping pot for Al-Zn alloy is researched and compared with the corrosion properties of stainless steel, A3 steel and white castingiron pot for hot dipping of Al. It is shown that St-Cr alloy casting iron is of the bestcorrosion resisting property and can be used as the pot material for Al-Zn alloy.bath. Through the diffusion equation and the diffusion character of St-Cr alloy casting iron and Al-Zn alloy bath,the corrosion kinetics equation and the calculationmethod for lost weight of St-Cr casting iron due to corrosion are derived. A simpleformula for the estimation of the life of the dip-bath pot is given.
