SP—70高效模板体系的设计与试验研究

在现浇钢筋混凝土结构施工中，模板工程的费用常占结构工程全部造价的２５％－３０％（在国外常达５０％以上）。现浇混凝土工程的质量、工期、成本和劳动效率等，在很大程度上取决于模板体系的选择和工程施工的质量、本课题研究的目的就是开发一种新型通用性模板体系。本文介绍了ＳＰ—７０高效模板体系的构造和设计。该体系支撑系统构造独特，具有早拆功能，构造简单，装拆简便快捷，施工安全。钢框具有独特的截面形状。因此，可大大节约材料和降低模板费用。通过对大型墙体模板的足尺模拟试验，探索了该模板体系墙模的力学计算方法，为准确计算分析和继续开发应用新型模板体系提供了依据。

The expense of formwork project generally costs up to 25-35 percent(over 50 percent abroad) for the total expense of the cast-in-site construction.The quality, timeliment for the project,cost and emciency of cast-in-siteconstruction mainly depend on the choice of the formwork system and the quality of the project constructing. This research is to develop a new formwork system in common use. In this paper,the constitution and design of formwork systemSP-70 (developed by us) is discussed in detail. This system is constructed withspecial shoring, which enables early striking.The structure is very simple, Whichcan be assembled and desmantled easily, quickly and safely.The steel frame ofthe pannels has a particular shaped section. Therefore, large amounts of materialsare saved, and the cost of formwork is leduced greatly. A full size mod.el test oflarge-scale wall formwork is carried out and the foundation of the accuratemechanical calculation of the system is established.
