聚合物挤出成型过程的实验应力分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了探明高聚物熔体在模腔内的应力分布状况。提出了实验应力分析法。实验表明,大多数聚合物在熔融状态下具有暂时双折射效应,从而可借助于偏光仪摄取应力干涉条纹图。实验所得的应力条纹图与理论推导所得的曲线族是一致的。文中也给出了在多种口模处的剪应力分布情况。 In order to make an investigation on the distribution of stress of the polymer in a state of melting located at a mould cavity during. the extrusion moulding processing,an experimental analysis method is proposed. The experiments show that most of the melted polymers possess the temporary birefringence, consequently, the stress optic patterns can be obtained with a polariscope. It has been proved that the stress fringe pattern obtained by excpeiment is in agreement with the result derived from mathematical analysis. The distribution of shear stress are offered.
