摘要
应用红外热成像测温技术,测试了陶瓷坯体在烧成过程中的表面温度场,首次揭示了陶瓷坯体在烧成过程中的动态温度场;应用三维高斯数值积分理论和第一类边界条件,建立了温度场与热应力场的三维有限元方程,研究了连续升温温度场的三维有限元计算机程序和单元自动划分程序,模拟了不同条件下坯体内温度场随表面温度场变化情况,把连续升温的温度场迭加到热应力场计算中,根据第一强度理论及热变形的概念,研究了坯体在烧成过程中变形与温度场的关系.
This paper uses infrared thermal imaging to measure surface temperature fieldof the ceramuc body in firing course, according to the Gauss theory of three dimensionalfinite element and combining with the first boundary condition, the three dimensionalfinite element computer program and the unit automatic dividing program fitted to thecontinually rising temperature field is developed,Using the first boundary condition,the temperature in the body varying with surface temperature field is simulated for various conditions, and simulates the relationship between the deformation and temperaturefield in the firing course with the first strength theory and the conception of thermaldeformation.
