摘要
本文分析了柴油机高温冷却的节能原理,并在DL190小型柴油机上进行了一系列高温冷却的试验研究。结果表明:高温冷却能有效地降低小型柴油机中、小负荷工况时的油耗率和排气烟度。
This paper analyzes the principle of energy saving on high temperaturecooling of diesel engine,and performance experiments are carried out on DL 190 small-sizedhigh temperature cooling diesel engine. The results of the studies are as follows: thefuel consumption and exhaust smoke of small-sized high temperature cooling diesel engine effectively reduce at low and moderate load operating conditons.
