摘要 一种简单可靠的风机控制系统。该系统采用PWM交流斩波方式,以IGBT作为斩波元件,从而提高斩波频率,消除了较低次谐波,减少波形畸变系数,提高了功率因数。使用SG3525电压调节线性集成电路,使控制系统简单可靠,电压平滑调节。较之目前工业应用中采用的调节风门挡板的调节方法,该系统具有更大的优越性。 A simple and reliable system controlling the output of a fan is introduced in this paper. In this control system, PWM--AC-CHOPPING mode is applied and IGBT is used as chopping element. As a result, the chopping frequency is enhanced, harmonics with low frequency eliminated,wave distortion deminished and powerfactor raised. Using SG3525 (a line voltage adjusting integrated circuit) makes the control system simpler and work more reliable. At the same time, adjusting the voltage smoothly in the whole range of rated voltage is realized. Contrast to the controlling method of adjusting the windthroat screen which is currently used in industrial applications) this system has many advantages.
