摘要
研究平板型荧光显示器件的伏安特性对于器件的正确使用和合理设计具有重要意义。分析电子管伏安特性3/2次方定律的立式条件而明确其适用范围。针对采用丝状阴极的结构特殊性,对3/2次方定律的基本关系式进行修正,得出等效二极管阳极电压、极间实际电压、渗透率、阳极有效面积等计算公式。对一器件的显示基本单元进行计算,与实测值作比较,表明伏安特性基本符合3/2次方定律,计算公式合理可行。
it is important to study volt-ampere property of flat fluorescent display devices for correct usage and reasonable design of devices. This article analyzed the condition which the theory of the 3/2 power of electron tube volt-ampere property exists,make it clear for limits of usage,and obtained the calculated formula of equivalent diode anode voltage,active voltage,osmotic rate and effective area of anode on the base of correcting tile basic formula of the theory of 3/2 power being aimed at special structure of silk-shape cathode.Then the article indicated volt-ampere property corn forming to the 3/2 power theory,the calculated formula is reasonable and practicable after compared the calculated data of the display basic units of a device with the surveyed data of the reality.
