摘要
本文研究由同轴介质（介电常数εｒ＞８０）填充均匀阻抗谐振胶制成的微波固体ＶＣＯ，其频率稳定度高达３×１０（－５），频谱纯度好，Ｓ／Ｎ＞７０ｄＢ。
in this paper,a microwave solid VCO made of coaxial medium(with electric inductivity Er>80)filled uniform impedance resonant cavity is discussed. The result shows that it has frequency stability of 3X 10-5,good purity of spectrum and S/N>70dB.
