摘要
本文研究了电泳图象显示器的一个关键问题──显示液的制备与稳定性。制备了高纯TiO2微粒并将其改性作为颜料,以四氯化碳──二甲苯混合液作为分散介质,十二烷基苯磺酸钙为电荷控制剂和油酸作为稳定剂制成TiO2非水悬浮液──显示液。
An important problem of the electrophoretic image display (EPID)-the preparation and stability of suspension is studied in this paper.A stabilized nonaqueous suspension is prepared using highly pure and surface modified titania particles as pigment,mixed solution of carbon tetrachloride and xylene as solvent medium,calicum dodecyl benzene sulfonate as charge control agent and olic acid as stabilizer.At the same time the mechanism of titania charging and stabilization of suspensions is also studied.
