摘要
把计算机动画模拟和仿真技术应用到金属切削原理的教学中,利用图象、动画、声音播放等多媒体技术,演示金属削切变形区中金属晶粒的剪切、滑移和拉伸的过程,根据Merchant和LeeandShaffer公式以及切削力实验数据,动态仿真切削时摩擦角和剪切角的变化情况,并对两公式的计算结果进行比较。
A computer emulation technique is applied to teaching of metal cutting principle. The shearing, slipping and stretch process of metal crystal grain in cutting deformation zone are described vividly by computer multi-media technique of picture and sound demonstration. Based on the formulas of Merchant, Lee and Shaffer, together with the experimental results of cutting force, the variations of friction and shear plant angle in cutting process are emulated dynamically.Then, a good result is got in the teaching procedure.
