高等学校目标管理初探

A PRELIMINARY RESEARCH ON MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVES IN UNIVERSITY

本文首先简要介绍了目标管理理论及其特点，然后对高等学校中引入目标管理的可能性及其现实意义进行了分析。文章着重对高校中目标管理的主要环节，即目标的建立、分解、实施、评估以及奖惩等，进行了具体的阐述。

This thesis first advocates a general review of the Management By Objectives(MBO),and then further analyses the feasibility and practice of the introduction of MBO into Chinese universities. The thesis makes a detailed study about the different processes in MBO: in establishing the objectives, carrying out the objectives, assessments and awards and punishments. This thesis will be of reference value to deepening the university reforms.
