论校园文化的德育功能

THE FUNCTIONS OF MORAL EDUCATION OF SCHOOL CULTURE

本文以特区德育建设为视角，将理论和实践的结合，分析了校园文化在高校德育工作中的重要作用，探讨了厂校共建校园文化的可能性和途径。并指出充分利用企业给予的支持去创办具有理工学校特色的校园文化，有利于实现校园文化所包涵的教育、凝聚、导向和辐射功能，从而有利于提高德育效应，发挥德育优势。

The importance of school culture in university moral education was discussed in this paper, from the angles of moral education construction in special zores and the combination of theory and practice. The possibility and the way of school culture which was developed by both enterprise and universities, was also studied. The paper pointed out that taking good advantage of the support, given by the enterprises, to set up the school culture with the features of university of technology was favourable to realize the functions of education, concentration, direction and then radiation which were included in school culture, and then more favourable to improve the effect of moral education, as well as to give full pay to the superiority of it.
