金刚健身液对大鼠老化代谢物脂褐素、过氧化脂质的影响

金刚健身液（蚕公合剂）３个剂量均可使老龄鼠脑、肾上腺组织中脂褐素（Ｌｉｐｏｃｈｒｏｍｅ）含量和血清、肝中过氧化脂质（ＬｉｐｉｄＰｅｒｏｘｉｄｅ）含量降低。其中大、中剂量可更加明显地降低脂褐素及过氧化脂质的含量，使之接近于青年鼠的水平。在某些方面金刚健身液的作用比西洋参蜂皇浆及还精煎（国家卫生部审批的抗衰老中药复合制剂）还明显。

Three different dosages of Jin Gang Jian Sheng Solution all reduced thequantity of conta ined lipochrome in the blain and suprarenal gland tissu ofold mice.At the same time reduced lipid peroxide in the serum and liveroccurred,The high and medivm dosages markedly redueed lipochrome andlipid peroxide to levels close to those of young mice. In some respects Jin GangJian Sheng Solution was better than Xi Yang Shen Feng Huang Jiang and HuanJing Jian.
