应用亲和层析制备萝卜叶溶菌酶 被引量:7

摘要 应用脱氨几丁质亲和层析直接从萝卜叶粗提液中制备溶菌酶,所得精酶比活力为42162U/mg蛋白,活力回收为65%,得率为1O.6μg/g鲜叶,纯化倍数为77.4倍。效果优于应用几丁质、CM-几丁质的纯化效果。 A lysozyme from Raphanus sativus leaves was purified by affinity chromatographyon a crab deaminated chitin column.The specific activity of the purified lysozymewas increased by 77.4 folds and reached 42162 U/mg protein,the recovery of totalactivity was 6 5 %,and the yield of the purified lysozyme from the leaves was10.6μg/g fresh weight。
