一种YAG掩模式激光刻印机的研制

STUDY ON A TYPE OF YAG LASER MASK MARKING INSTRUMENT

激光刻印是一种新兴的刻印方法，本文概要地叙述了激光刻印的优越性，应用领域，刻印机理。并介绍了我们最近研制成的一种“掩模式ＹＡＧ激光刻印机”，由于这种刻印是非接触式的，具有速度快，生产效率高，刻印的标记清晰、耐久的优点，所以它特别适于在线生产的工件产品上做小面积重复性刻印。本文最后给出了我们用自行研制的掩模式ＹＡＧ激光刻印机在工件上刻印的结果。

Laser marking is a modern marking methed。This paper introduces its advantages,applicationand marking mechanism and describes a new type of YAG laser mask marking instrumentdesigned and made by the authors。This laser mask marking instrument has the features of non一contact, quick and bigh efficiency, It is suitable for on一line marking for small area andrepeating operations。 The marking results of YAG laser marking instrument are given at the endof this paper。
