摘要
本文研究三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)单烯丙醚(MATMP)、双烯丙醚(DATMP)的合成方法及其在不饱和聚酯(PE)气干型改性应用。当选择5%摩尔量的四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)作相转移催化剂。50%NaOH,反应温度90℃,无溶剂的条件时,产物含21.3%MATMP、73.8%DATMP和4.9%三羟甲基丙烷三烯丙醚(TATMP),总收率为84.5%。该产物用于PE树脂气干型改性,能抗空气中氧的阻聚作用。
synthesis method of monoallylether or diallylether of trimethylolpropane(MATMP , DATMP)and the product for lnedifed air-drying unsaturated polyester are studied in this article. Selecting5%mol. tetrabutyl ammonium bromide of phase transfer catalyst, 50%NaOH ,reactive tempera-ture 90℃,non-solvent,the preduct contains MATMP 21.3%,DATMP 73.8%, triallyl-ether-trimethylolpropane(TATMP)4.9%, Total yield is 84.5%.The air-drying unsaturatedpolyester resin prepared by using the preduct can avoid the inherit polymerization of atmosphericoxygen.At the same time,a way for reducing reactive time on synthesis PE and the factor of ef-fect on air-drying property,hardness of the resin film has been discussed.
