摘要
本文介绍了用强准分子激光脉冲(KrF,波长0.248μm,能量100mJ,脉宽17ns,重复频率2Hz)在大气下垂直入射到45号碳素钢、纯铝、黄铜等金属表面,观察到材料表面形貌的不同形态的变化。
Reported is the observation of surface topograph as a result of multi-pulse action of powerfulUV laser(krF,wavelength 0.248m ,energy-100mJ,pulse width 17ns and repetition rate 2Hz)on various metallic samples(45 carbon steel.pure aluminum and bronze).
