大口黑鲈及鳜体表累枝虫扫描电镜及光镜观察

本文首次报道应用扫描电镜及光学显微镜对寄生在大口黑鲈Ｍｉｃｒｏｐｔｅｒｕｓｓａｌｍｏｉｄｉｅｓ及鳜Ｓｉｎｉｐｅｒｃａｃｈｕａｌｓｉ的鳃和体表的累枝虫Ｅｐｉｓｔｙｌｉｓｓｐ生活史中各阶段，包括：有柄体、游泳体及游泳体发育成的个体等形态特征，作了观察和描述。

This paper presents a report on Epistylis sp,living a sessile life on gills and body surface ofMicropterum salmoides and Siniperea chuatsi.Different Different stages of Epistylis sp.in life cycleincluding body with stakl,telotroch and body which developed directly from telotroch werestudied with SEM and microscopy.The morphological characteristics of Epistylis sp.are describdd.
