光固化粘接剂单体转化率的红外光谱分析及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 复合树脂在空气中聚合时受氧气的阻聚影响,在表层形成不固化层,尤其是低粘度树脂受影响更严重,并严重影响复合树脂与牙釉质的粘接强度。本试验通过对粘接剂在不同状态下单体转化率的比较分析,进一步从理论上解释了光固化粘接剂与复合材脂一起固化的新方法可以提高树脂-釉质粘接强度的原因。结果表明新方法不仅较传统方法实用,而且可以提高低粘度粘接剂的单体转化率。它避免了复合树脂与四化粘接剂同形成新的界面,有效地抑制了氧气对粘接剂固化的不利作用,提高了粘接修复效果,是值得在临床上大力推广的方法。 Abstract Because of the inhibition effect of oxygen on the vinyl polymerization used in the dental restorative resin,a uncured layer may be formed on the surface of composite resin when it is cured in the air.In order to avoid the inhibition effect of oxygen on the curing of dental bonding agent,authors advocated a new treatment method for the use of dental bonding agent,which demands the simutaneous curing of bonding agent and composite resin.According to our former report the bond between etched enamel and composite resin was enhanced because of the new treatment methed.In this study,the monomer conversion levels under various conditions were compared with the infrared spectra.The result reveled that the monomer conversion level was higher when dental bonding agent was cured with the new method than that cured with the tradition methed. Meanwhile the new method avoids the forming of a new interface between bonding agent and composite resin,so the bond between enamel and composite resin was enhanced.
