摘要
采用自身交叉设计的方法，活血化瘀治疗舌痛症２０例，结果痊愈１３例，好转５例，无效２例。作者认为舌痛产生的直接原因可能是由于舌部微循环障碍，局部缺氧所致，活血化瘀治疗可以改善舌部的微循环，缓解缺氧状态，使疼痛消失。
Abstract In this article, the authors treated 20 cases glossodynia with blood circulation promoting and stasis removing method, using a cross-over design. The results showed that 13 petients completely remitted,5 caes patients marked benefit and 2 patients had no change. Authors considered that the pein may be created by anoxia condition resulted from microcirculation disorders in tongue.It may improve the microcirculation and anoxia condition in tongue with blood circulation promotin and stasis removing method,which making the pain dismiss.
