３例颈动脉体瘤患者经手术切除痊愈。结合文献复习，提出位于颈动脉三角区的肿块检查时的注意点，瘤体与颈动脉分叉成像方法选择。并就术前如何判断压过颈总动脉训练效果，如何拟定手术预案，如何减少术中出血和缩短手术时间，阑述了笔者的体验和措施。

Abstract It is reported that 3 cases of carotid body tumor were cured with surgical operation.Attention to the examination of the tumors in the carotid arterial region and choosing carotid angiagraphical methods were advanced deal with reviewing the articles.The experience and measure ware discussed in judging the effect of compressing carotid artery preoperatively,drafting a surgical plan,lessening bleeding and shortening operation time.
