摘要
药物稳定性预测方法很多,采用两个温度下的加速试验,求出K90℃、K100℃这两个反应速度常数,进而用van'tHoff经验规律估算各不同温度下贮存期及活化能E,其优点在于快速、简便。如果操作条件掌握好,其实验结果是比较可靠的。现以毛果芸香碱滴眼液为例探讨此法。
A simple method for estimation of drug stability has been introduced. The experiments were conducted at 90 and 100℃,to obtain the rate constants K90℃and K100℃ Then use the van't Hoff rule to estimate the,expiration date at defferent temperatures and the activation energy E. The advantages of this method are rapid and convenient.The stability is estimated with pilocarpine eye drops as a model drug.
