摘要
报道了川麦冬及其炮制品中总黄酮和微量元素测定,并对其煎出物的微量元素溶出量进行了探讨;炮制前后麦冬中总黄酮分别为0.068%及0.063%。
The contents of total flavone and microelements in Chuan Maidong(Maidong growing in Sichuan)and their processed products were determined,and the solubility of the microelements in the decoction was discussed. Before and after processing of Chuan Maidong,the total flavone was found to be 0.068%and 0.063%respectively.
