摘要
观察含大量SO2的人参对小鼠肝、脾、胸腺及血液中ADA、SOD及淋巴细胞转化率等免疫指标的影响。结果表明:当人参中含最高剂量SO2时(达饱和状态),能显著降低血中SOD、胸腺ADA及淋转值(P<0.01),使胸腺、脾、肝重量指数不同程度下降(31.7~7.01%);但对脾、血液中ADA活性还略有升高。对肝细胞无明显损害。
The effects of smoking ginseng containing large amount of sulfur dioxide on the function of immunity(ADA、SOD and lymphocyte transformation ) in the liver, spleen ,thymus and blood of mice were observed. The results showed that ginseng containing high-dose of sulfur dioxide can obviously reduce the lymphocyte transformation and ADA,SOD activities in blood (P < 0.01 ), the weight of thymus,spleen and liver decreased 31.7~7. 01%,the ADA activities in spleen and blood increased slightly and the cell of liver haven't obvious injury.
