STUDIES ON THE ANTIINFLAMMATORY DRUGS OF 2-ARYLPROPANOIC ACIDS 3 SYNTHESIS OF KETOPROFEN FROM ANILINE

以苯胺为起始原料，经酰胺化、环合，Ｆｒｉｅｄｅｌ－Ｃｒａｆｔｓ反应、水解脱氨成２－（３－苄基苯基）丙酸（５），再经高锰酸钾氧化即得酮基布洛芬，总收率４９％。本法原料易得，反应条件温和，适合工业化生产。

Ketoprofen was synthesized from aniline by amidation cyclization、Friedel-Crafts reaction、alkaline hydrolysis、deamination and oxidation with an overall yield of 49%.This method has the advantages of shorter procedure and convenient workup.
