倍率减差双波长分光光度法测定复方氯霉素酊的含量

QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF COMPOUND TINCTURE OF CHLOROMYCETIN BY MULTIPLICATION SUBTRACTIVE DUAL-WAVELENGTH SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

应用倍率减差双波长分光光度法原理，不经分离，只需在两波长处测定吸光度，就能实现同时测定其中氯霉素和水杨酸含量。该法操作简便，结果准确。氯霉素和水杨酸平均回收率分别为１００．７％（ＲＳＤ＝０．７０％）和１００．１％（ＲＳＤ＝０．４９％）。

The contents of compound tincture of chloromycetin were determined directly without isolating the components.by the mulitiplication subtractive dual-wavalength spectrophotometry.This method was simple.rapid and accurate.The recoveries of Chloromycetin and Salicylic acid were 100.7%(RSD=0.70%)and 100.1%(RSD=0.49%).respectively.
