摘要 对非线性过程按米氏方程消除的药物,本文先给出n次静脉推注药物浓度的解析表达式;然后,进一步研究多剂给药的稳态特性,给出了稳态药物浓度、最高坪水平、最低坪水平、平均稳态药物浓度、达坪分数和积累系数等的解析表达式;并讨论了它们在制定最佳用药方案中的应用。 In this paper,for the nonlinear pro-cess of the Michaelis-Menten elimination drugs,wefirst workout an analytical expression of the drug con-centration after n times of intravenous in lection. Thenwe study the steady-state characteristics of mutiple in-travenous dosing and give the analytical expressions to-the steady-state drug concentration,the maxinum,theminimum, the average drug concentration at steadystate,the fraction reaching plateau concentration andthe accumulation coeffient.Their application to theformation of the optimal dosage regimen is also dis- cussed.
