摘要
采用10、50、100、200mW/cm ̄2微波辐照日本大耳白兔,结果显示上述强度微波能引起兔的蛋白质代谢紊乱、血糖异常和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、酸性磷酸酶等血清酶活性改变。作者认为上述指标可作为急性大强度微波辐照影响的评价指标;剂量相同时,对机体影响起主要作用的因素是辐照强度。
lrradiation of white rabbits by 10,50,100 and 200 mW/cm ̄2 microwave respectively can causethe disorder of protein metabolism,the abnormality ofblood sugar, and the change of the activity of serum α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, lactate dehydroge-nase, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase glutamicpyruvic transaminase, acid phosphatase ect.Thesechanges can be used as indexes in the evaluation of theeffect of acute high intensity microware exposure. Theeffect on the organism mainly depends on the intensityof exposure provided the dose of microwave remainsthe same.
