摘要
用流室法研究人工培养脐静脉内皮细胞在切应力作用下的变形特性。对脐静脉内皮细胞分别施加0.6、3.8及7.5Pa的切应力,作用12小时。通过实时显微观测和计算机图象分析,结果证明切应力为3.8或7.5Pa,作用12小时后内皮细胞被拉长,长轴与流场方向一致;并且内皮细胞的拉长与定向程度、切应力大小及其作用时间的长短有关。
The function of vascular endothelialcells has recently become a hot spot in biomedical re-search. This paper reports the deformation propertiesof cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells ex-posed to shear stress with the flow chamber. The um-bilical vein endothelial cells were exposed to shearstress 0.6,3.8 and7.5Pa for 12 h respectively. Withmicrovideo recording and computerized morphologicanalysis,the results demonstrated that the endothelial ries of future researches.cells were elongated as a result of exposing to shearstress 3.8 or 7.5 Pa for 12 h.Their major axes wereconsistent with the flow direction. Furthermore thedegree of elongation and orientation of endothelial cellsdepended on the shear stress and shear duration,Theresults were compared with those of three foreign lab-oratories,and the causes of agreement and differencewere discussed.This study is the basic word for a se-ries of future researches.
