摘要
采用流室系统,通过显微观察和计数,定量地研究了脑血栓形成患者红细胞与损伤内皮细胞的粘附情况。结果表明:内皮细胞的损伤有利于脑血栓形成患者红细胞与内皮细胞的粘附。由于内皮细胞的损伤在脑血栓形成的发病过程中始终存在,而且红细胞与内皮细胞的粘附又可促进血管阻塞和血管损害,因而内皮细胞损伤所致的脑血栓形成患者红细胞与内皮细胞粘附增强在脑血栓形成的发生及其发展过程中起着重要的作用。
Using flow chamber system,we quan-titatively studied the adhesion of erythrocytes(RBCs)of patients with cerebral thrombosis (CTh ) to cul- tured human umhlical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) treated with H_2O_2.The results showedthat injured HUvECs enhanced adhesion of RBCs toHUvECs in patients with CTh. There is injury of en-dotheial cells in the pathogenetic and patholgic pro-cess of CTh, and the adhesion of RBCs to ECs pro-motes vaso-occlusive and vascular damage; thus theadhesion of RBCs to injured ECs might play an impor-tant role in the pathogenesis and pathologic process ofCTL
