不同血型脐血造血祖细胞混含培养的研究

Research on the Different Blood Types UmbilicaI Cord Blood Hematopoietic Progenitors Mixed Culture in Vitro

采用单层琼脂法对脐血造血祖细胞培养进行了研究。结果：２０份新生儿脐血粒单祖细胞集落（ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ）为９５．６±３６．５／１０￣６ＭＮＣ；两份不同血型的新生儿脐血细胞混合培养与单个新生儿脐血细胞培养比较，两者在祖细胞生成数量和生长特征方面无明显差别。本研究为临床混合不同血型的脐血造血祖细胞移植提供了一定的理论依据。

Using single layer agar cuIture method,we make a study on cuIture of human hematopoieticprogenitor cell from umbilical cord blood. The resultshowed the mean value of the granulocyte macrophageprogenitor cells (CFU-GM) from twenty neonatescord blood was 95.6±36.5/10￣6 MNC. We comparedthe mixed culture of two different blood typesneonates cord blood hematopoietic progenitors withsingle sample and found little difference between themin number and growth characteristics.This may pro-vide a theoretical basis for clinical transplantation ofmixed human cord progenitor cells.
